Intense green colour with intoxicating scents of grass. On the palate the oil comes up with light level of fruitiness, medium light of bitter and spicy, with hints of fresh almond and slightly sensations of leaf and artichoke. Excellent with fish dishes, caprese, salads and light dishes in general.

Bottled under nitrogen to ensure maximum shelf life, thus achieving a high quality product, rich in aromas and intense flavors with very low acidity and peroxide and very high polyphenols beneficial for the health.
