Extra virgin olive oil obtained from Frantoio olives grown in our hills, early picked  (first ten days of October) pressed the same day in the company two-stage oil mill. Bottled under nitrogen to ensure maximum shelf life, thus achieving a high-quality product, rich in aromas and intense flavors with very low acidity and peroxide and very high polyphenols beneficial for the health.

  • Intense green colour with intoxicating scents of grass. On the palate, the oil comes up with strong level of fruitiness, medium light of bitter and spicy, with hints of fresh fruit like pineapple  and slightly sensation of leaf. Excellent for complex and gourmet dishes in general.
