Description
Time of harvest: Red grapes, harvested in two different stages. The first harvest to reap the fruit when ripe and the second to have a more mature fruit with hints of lateness, to remember tobacco, chocolate, and various spices, sweet notes.

Aging and refinement :
Contact with the skins was for both batches fairly long, approximately 15/18 days of maceration. Then the wines were blended and then brought into contact with the wood (50% French and 50% American oak wood) after about 7 months the wine was bottled. Ready to drink but a refinement in the bottle certainly will make it even more enjoyable.

When open: we recommend that you leave the wine breathe 15/20 minutes before serving.
