Smooth taste with balanced acidity. Long aftertaste and good correspondence of taste and smell with markers of fresh yellow fruits like peach, apricot and pineapple
Wine making and Refinement: Contact with the skins was fairly long, approximately 15/18 days of maceration and batonage. Wines are then blended to rest 7 months in stainless steel before bottling. Wine is ready to drink but a few more months of refinement in bottles will certainly improve it.
